Business Processes Analyst
The successful candidates will join the Bank’s Business Processes function which focuses on process re-engineering initiatives and change management.
The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Establishing suitable business change programmes by identifying / recognising business operational processes and procedures that can be simplified and / or centralised to enable the Bank to perform to its optimum ability.
- Managing the life cycle of change programmes to implementation into business areas in the most efficient, meaningful and effective way
- Monitoring post implementation to ensure that measurable improvements are delivered.
- Assisting in the design of operational regulatory procedures through the analysis of requirements as these affect business processes.
- Leading change management activity within assigned business areas
- Managing stakeholders to ensure buy-in to and understanding of business processes initiatives.
The applicants as a minimum shall:
- Be change oriented;
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Have strong planning and organisational skills;
- Have the ability to prioritise and work under pressure without compromising the quality of deliverables;
- Be self-motivated and work on own initiative and within a team;
- Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Preferably hold a related professional qualification;
- Preferably have work experience in a similar or related post.
