3D Secure

The MasterCard and VISA cards issued by Lombard Bank are supported by 3DS2. This online authentication system offers added security when using your Lombard cards for on line purchases.

Once you reach the online checkout and input your card details, 2 pop up windows may be presented. To proceed with the transaction you will be required to enter the personal 6 digit Static Password received by postal mail as well as the One Time Password received on your mobile telephone at time of transaction. It is to be noted however that you will not be prompted to verify all online transactions, though you will receive an SMS alert upon the successful completion of all purchases.
