Business Processes Analyst

The successful candidates will join the Bank’s Business Processes function which focuses on process re-engineering initiatives and change management.

The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing suitable business change programmes by identifying / recognising business operational processes and procedures that can be simplified and / or centralised to enable the Bank to perform to its optimum ability.
  • Managing the life cycle of change programmes to implementation into business areas in the most efficient, meaningful and effective way
  • Monitoring post implementation to ensure that measurable improvements are delivered.
  • Assisting in the design of operational regulatory procedures through the analysis of requirements as these affect business processes.
  • Leading change management activity within assigned business areas
  • Managing stakeholders to ensure buy-in to and understanding of business processes initiatives.

The applicants as a minimum shall:

  • Be change oriented;
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Have strong planning and organisational skills;
  • Have the ability to prioritise and work under pressure without compromising the quality of deliverables;
  • Be self-motivated and work on own initiative and within a team;
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Preferably hold a related professional qualification;
  • Preferably have work experience in a similar or related post.
