Credit Analyst

In line with the Bank’s continued development, the need has arisen to engage a suitable individual to perform the duties of Credit Analyst. The successful candidate will join its commercial credit function and will be part of a team of other credit analysts with responsibility over a portfolio of commercial credit relationships. 

The main responsibilities of the role include but not be limited to:

  • monitoring, controlling and reviewing existing credit facilities on an ongoing basis and to recommend timely and suitable corrective action;
  • preparing new credit applications;
  • maintaining a healthy and fruitful relationship with customers;
  • assisting in the overall day-to-day administration of the Department. 

The applicants as a minimum shall:

  • have a minimum of five years’ experience within a financial services institution, ideally in Credit;
  • have sufficient competence in analysing financial statements;
  • have a working knowledge of standard office automation packages including Microsoft applications particularly Excel.
