Precautionary measures against the spread of COVID-19

To assist in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19, we have taken a number of precautionary measures, as set out below.

Please only visit our branches for urgent matters. In line with the instructions issued by the Local Health Authorities, customers visiting our branches / offices will be required to wear a mask or visor. Customers will be asked to temporarily remove their mask to show their face to the security camera on entering our premises and for identification purposes during transaction.

• When at any of our branches please follow the directions you find inside and given by our staff.
• The flow of customers into our branches is being regulated. You may therefore experience longer waiting times.
• All deposits should be made through ATMs and not at our cash counters.
• Cash withdrawals should be made through ATMs and not at our cash counters.
• Our cashiers will only encash Central Bank of Malta cheques and only for Lombard Bank customers.
