Service Times During Festive Season
Branch Office Hours
On Wednesday 24th December 2025 and Wednesday 31st December 2025, the Bank will be closing for Business at 13:00hrs.
Internet Banking
On the 24th December 2025 Internet Banking Instructions will be received until:
- 12:00hrs for same day value processing (CHF, CZK, NOK, PLN until 9:30hrs);
- 13:00hrs for processing with normal value date
Instructions received after these cut-off times will be processed on the next business day, Monday 29th December 2025. The Bank will be closed for business on Thursday 25th December and Friday 26th December 2025.
On the 31st December 2025 Internet Banking Instructions will be received until:
- 12:00hrs for same day value processing (CHF, CZK, NOK, PLN until 9:30hrs);
- 13:00hrs for processing with normal value date
Instructions received after these cut off times will be processed on the next business day, Friday 2nd January 2026. The Bank will be closed for business on Thursday 1st January 2026.
