Tum Finance plc 3.75% 2029 Bond

Tum Finance plc announced the issue of €20,000,000 3.75% Secured Bond redeemable in 2029, with a nominal value of €100 issued at par. Interest will be paid annually until maturity of the Bond.

Applications are subject to a minimum subscription of €2,000 and in multiples of €100 thereafter. Branches will receive applications until 1.00pm on 26th June 2019. All applications will be subject to an allocation policy. In case of over subscription the Bond offer will close early and no further applications will be accepted.
