Project Coordinator

In line with the Bank’s continued development the need has arisen to engage suitable individuals to perform duties of a Project Coordinator.

Applicants shall:

  • Have suitable experience working in a similar role
  • Very good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • An ability to work unsupervised and work in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience with relevant software such as Autocad, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Have knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental best practice
  • Have good communication skills, particularly in spoken and written English
  • Be of smart, professional and pleasant disposition
  • Have an eye for detail

Main duties/responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects including finishes and M&E services
  • Liaise with third parties including architects, engineers and contractors
  • Attend site meetings as needed
  • Establish and issue specifications and bills of quantity for smaller scale projects
  • Assist with the definition of projects scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources and create schedule/s and project timelines
  • Track deliverables
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Attend commissioning runs and certification activities
