Technical Systems Support Officer
In line with the Bank’s continued development, the need has arisen to engage a suitable individual to perform the duties of Technical Systems Support Officer.
The selected candidate shall be required to monitor and maintain the Bank’s computer systems and applications. The officer will also be responsible to investigate, diagnose and resolve technical, application and user support issues, either over the phone or in person whilst ensuring the correct running and maintenance of IT systems.
Interested applicants should:
- Preferably possess a first degree in an IT subject or a related professional/technical qualification.
- Preferably have a minimum of one year work experience in a related field, preferably in / for a financial institution.
- Possess sound analytical skills, capacity for teamwork and determination.
- Have good communication skills, particularly in spoken and written English.
Experience in banking or financial services will be considered an asset.
