IT Risk Analyst

In line with the Bank’s continued development, the need has arisen to engage a suitable individual to perform the duties of an IT Risk Analyst. The successful candidate will be part of the Bank’s Risk Management Department. 

The main responsibilities of the role include but not be limited to: 

  • Performing day-to-day monitoring, assessing metrics and oversee adherence to IT Policies and Procedures and reporting based on established KPIs;
  • Assisting in the reporting on IT and cyber security risk;
  • Assisting in updating policies and procedures based on regulation or internal change;
  • Assisting the Information Assurance Manager in the monitoring of the Bank’s ICT Risk Management Framework documentation (policies and procedures);
  • Contributing to the enhancement of internal process efficiency;
  • Consulting with relevant units to determine quantify, and mitigate risks;
  • Participating in various projects;
  • Proactively seek and recommend enhancements to processes and development.

 The applicant as a minimum shall: 

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be well versed in the use of Microsoft Packages
  • Be hardworking, creative, loyal and highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills and with the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Preferably have experience in IT administration.
